Master Key Master Mind Alliance Week 23 – Don’t Be Chicken

Slap in the faceIn this week’s Master Key Master Mind Alliance conference call, Davene Januszewski recalled a conversation that she had with Mark Januszewski in a coffee shop.  She said that Mark made the following statement to her, “You’ve been infected by the subcultures you run in, and they’ve been effected by society.”  This was like the truth slapped me in the face to me when I heard it.

Most of us do become infected by the groups that we run with.  Our parent’s, our friend’s, teacher’s, the media, and so on, give us their opinions, or rules, that we must follow in order to be normal, and most people seem to conform easily – infected.  Only then are we considered a member of our society.

But what happens if we don’t conform.  If we don’t believe, what they believe. People get weird right?  Davene also said, “They need you to conform to validate their choices.”  Another slap in the face!

When we live our lives, dictated by social norms, we become copies, of copies, of copies, which is something else that Davene stated.  Man!  So many slaps in the face, I think my head is going to fall off.

The rare people that decide to think for themselves are usually though of as weird, or freaks, or idiots, you name it.  People look at them and think that they have some kind of mental illness because they are not like everyone else, like the rest of society; however, those “freaks”, tend to be the true thinkers that can cause positive change in our society, in our world.  Walt Disney, Bill Gates, Roger Bannister, Nicola Tesla, were all thought to be a little crazy, or eccentric, with their “radical thoughts”, and ideas, but what did they accomplish by not conforming?  Well, you know.

This reminds me of a story that goes hand in hand with this.  It goes something like this.

At the edge of a forest, by a small farm, an newly hatched eagle had fallen out of a nest, but it safely landed in the grass.  The farmer happened to walk by and he saw it.  Thinking that it was one of his chicks, he took it and put it in the chicken coop (subcultures/society).

MKMMAThis little eagle grew up doing what the chickens did, and believing that he was a chicken.  He clucked like a chicken, he scratched at the ground like a chicken, and he even tried his hand at crowing like a rooster.

In addition, the eagle, who had the ability to fly, in fact he had the ability to soar very high in the sky, never got more than a couple of feet off the ground his entire life.  The eagle lived an OK life, but he never realized, his true potential.

Are you an eagle living as a chicken, among chickens?

I know this, because of the Master Key Master Mind Alliance, my eyes have been opened.  I know I have unlimited potential, and I am no longer willing to live the life of a chicken.  I will think for myself, and really truly think because, thinking and prayer is the doorway to God, our omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent creator.

I will also be weary about who I listen to, and not come to conclusions so quickly based on what other people say.  I’ll think, and act, like an eagle, and soar high in the sky.

Master Key Master Mind Alliance Week 22a – I Have to Wear Shades

Changes - MKMMAThinking back over the past several months, I can see huge changes in my life thanks to the Master Key Master Mind Alliance.  These changes are due to the fact that Mark and Davene Januszewski, and Trish, have taught us how to properly use our minds to create a better outcome for ourselves.

Not only have we learned how to be happier people, but we have also learned to love others, unconditionally.  We have learned also, that we can manifest anything in our lives, and that we do this with laser focused concentration on the thing that we want.  This laser focus, in our quiet time (15 minutes or more), allows us to connect with the omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent creator, and for me, that’s my God of the Bible.

Connect with God - Master Key System

This, in fact, is what I’ve gotten most of from the Master Key Master Mind Alliance.  I have learned how to truly connect with God.  Just this one aspect of the MKMMA, to me, is the most important thing, because of my Christian faith.  A direct connection with God; Awesome!

I know that there are many other lessons within the Master Key Master Mind Alliance course that I don’t have the time to recap here; otherwise, you’d be reading a small book, and not a blog post.  Many people have had breakthroughs different from mine.  I have read some of them, and I am so happy for their successes.

MKMMA - Leaving the NestI am sad that the Master Key Master Mind Alliance is winding down, in fact, there are only a couple of weeks left in the course.  I am kind of emotional person as it is, so when it ends, I will feel some sorrow, and I will miss the conference calls, and the lessons taught by Mark, Davene, and Trish.  I look at it this way though, a parent raises a child up until it’s time for them to leave the nest (home), and then they are on their way to fail or succeed.

It will soon be time to leave the nest, but what we have been given is a strong, solid foundation, that most people walking this earth have never even been offered, so if we continue in the ways that we’ve been taught in the MKMMA, we will be creating remarkable lives for ourselves.  Although the MKMMA is almost over, I look forward to reviewing everything starting from week one of the Master Key Master Mind Alliance.  I’m excited to see the things that I may have missed along the way, and for the additional growth I will have.

Shades - Master Key SystemIt’s almost over, yes, but that’s just the MKMMA course.  Our lives will continue, and now we know how to create a secure, bright future.  In fact, for the first time in a long time I feel like my future is so bright, I have to wear shades.

Master Key Master Mind Alliance Week 22 – I’m a Live Wire

This week, in Charles Haanel’s, Master Key System, I read the following:

3. This is because the Infinite Mind, which is the source from which all things proceed, is one and indivisible, and each individual is a channel whereby this Eternal Energy is being manifested. Our ability to think is our ability to act upon this Universal Substance, and what we think is what is created or produced in the objective world.

4. The result of this discovery is nothing less than marvelous, and means that mind is extraordinary in quality, limitless in quantity, and contains possibilities without number. To become conscious of this power is to become a ”live wire”; it has the same effect as placing an ordinary wire in contact with a wire that is charged. The Universal is the live wire. It carries power sufficient to meet every situation which may arise in the life of every individual. When the individual mind touches the Universal Mind it receives all the power it requires. This is the world within. All science recognizes the reality of this world, and all power is contingent upon our recognition of this world.

I believe that the Universal Mind is God.  So, God “…is the source from which all things proceed…”, and, “Our ability to think is our ability to act upon this Universal Substance…” (our 15 plus minutes sitting quietly, and connecting with God).  In case you didn’t get it, in our quiet time, is when we connect with God, and tap into His power.

In addition, Haanel says, “To become conscious of this power is to become a ‘live wire’, it has the same effect as placing an ordinary wire in contact with a wire that is charged.” This brought an image to my mind.

Imagine if you would, all the devices in your home that run on electricity.  Like people, they all have a purpose, they were created for something specific.  A can opener cannot play music.  An electric shaver can’t illuminate a room.  They all have something that they are specifically made to do, and the thing that powers them is electricity.

We, as human beings, work the same way.  We are all different, and made for very specific things. Consider Mother Theresa, Michael Jordan, Abraham Lincoln, and Bill Gates.  They all have specific talents; they were each created for a specific purpose.

Once the devices in your home are plugged in to the power source, BAM, they carry out what they were created to do.  The can opener opens cans.  The electric shaver shaves a face.  The light illuminates the room, and so on.

We, in the Master Key Master Mind Alliance, have our purpose, and we now know how to connect to our source of power (in our quiet time).  Now that we can connect directly to Universal Mind (God), we are prepared to serve our purpose whether it’s rescuing dogs, working with the elderly, being the greatest mom, or what have you.  We are directly connected to our power source, and that’s when the magic happens.  Miraculous, and astounding things now happen in our lives.  Things that we never thought possible, nor that we could foresee.

I thank God for his Divinity, and for allowing us, His creations access to His unlimited power.  Also, I’m thankful that in the Master Key Master Mind Alliance, we are learning to plug in to Him.

Master Key Master Mind Alliance Week 21 – There’s Power in Prayer

(First off, I’d like to apologize to those of you who frequent my blog, as I was late getting this posted.  I was actually on a cruise with the boss… Uh, I mean my wife, so I got to it as soon as I could.  Thanks for stopping by, and here you go.)  :)

MKMMA memeSometimes, and I’m assuming that it’s the same for most people, I don’t completely grasp a concept like I thought I did, but then I hear an analogy, example, or story that puts it all into perspective. This happened to me while studying the Master Key System this week. In the introduction to chapter 21, Haanel writes the following:

In paragraph 8 you will find that everything which we hold in our consciousness for any length of time becomes impressed upon our subconsciousness and so becomes a pattern which the creative energy will wave into our life and environment. This is the secret of the wonderful power of prayer.

And in paragraph 8, Haanel wrote:

8. When we realize these facts concerning mind we understand how we may bring ourselves any condition by creating the corresponding conditions in our consciousness, because everything which is held for any length of time in the consciousness, eventually becomes impressed upon the subconscious and thus becomes a pattern which the creative energy will wave into the life and environment of the individual.

Master Key System - Power of PrayerThis helped me to realize that my prayers have not been laser focused, like the rays of the sun shining through a magnifying glass and creating heat, hot enough to start a fire (energy).  Yes, I pray to God (Our omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent creator), in Jesus’ name; however, something in those sentences made me come to the realization that just “praying” a few words, which usually takes me about 3 – 5 minutes is not how to pray.  The key is focus, and concentration.

In the Bible, 1 Thessalonians 5:17, it says, “Pray without ceasing.”

I thus realized that I prayed briefly, and not commonly with fervor, as I should.  This is where God’s power lies.

In addition, in Philippians 4:6, it states, “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”

That means that you need to ask, and pray, with focus and concentration, on the things you desire.  Which leads me to another thought if I may.  The Bible is filled with thought about love, and kindness, and the Master Key Master Mind Alliance is in agreement with His (God’s) teaching.  In fact, my favorite affirmation that we say on a daily basis goes like this:

I promise to keep these four promises.

I promise that wherever I go I bring a gift.  I may bring a compliment, trinket, prayer, flower, but I promise I will give something to every person I encounter.

I promise to be a grateful receiver of the gifts that surround me, noticing nature, kindness, smiles and compliments, which I gladly receive with at “thank you”.

I promise to give the hope for joy, affluence, kindness and love, consciously with every encounter, regardless of brevity.

I promise to give without expectation of reciprocity from the channels I enrich, because I know I am in the dynamic flow of giving and receiving.

I always keep my promises,

Edward Rubi

kindnessThis affirmation speaks of love, kindness, and giving.  It’s exercises like this, that Mark Januszewski has us do in the Master Key Master Mind Alliance that shows me how different this is than any other “self development” course I’ve taken.  Mark and Davene have created something special, that is making me a better Christian, and improving other people lives in different ways.  I thank God that He led me to this course, because it has made our relationship stronger.

Lastly, and this is like icing on the cake in this post.  Here is a video of Mark J, showing people in Kauai, Hawaii some love, on behalf of the 200 + members of the Master Key Master Mind Alliance.  Thank you Mark, Davene, and Trish the Dish too, for all you do. This is a life changer for those that have remained devout.

Master Key Master Mind Alliance Week 20 – Welcome to the Comfort Dome

Something that The Fabulous Davene mentioned in this week’s webinar really stuck in my head.  She mentioned that we don’t “step out” of our comfort zone, but we “expand” our comfort zone.

Master Key Master Mind Alliance - ThinkingWhen I heard this, I got an image in my mind.  I imagined a dome surrounding me, where I felt safe.  Inside this dome, nothing could hurt me.  Inside this dome, this comfort zone, is where I felt safest.

Around my dome, I saw fire.  I could not tell where this fire started, or where this fire began.  It was just all around my dome.  I could see it, and I knew that it could hurt me, but I also knew that I was safe inside my comfort zone (dome).
I then imagined stepping out of my comfort zone.  When I did, I felt searing pain, my flesh was burning, and I was able to look down and see my charred skin, blistering, and turning black.  From normal, to bright red, to blistering, to charred, is how I saw my skin, but I was able to run back into my comfort zone, then I was safe, like nothing ever happened.
I knew that something better waited for me on the other side of that fire, and I found that I had a burning desire to get to what was on the other side of the fire.  The burn, of my desire, was hotter than the fire outside of my comfort zone, and I knew that I had to get there.
MKMMA - Comfort Zone
So instead of stepping out into the fire that was so excruciating, I decided to push on the walls of the dome I was in to try to expand my comfort zone.  I soon found that the boundaries that once restricted my, and kept me within a zone that I couldn’t escape, started to stretch, and expand.
I pushed my boundaries.  I pushed and pushed, and slowly, but surely, expanded my comfort zone, although I felt the heat from the fire outside, I knew what I wanted lay just on the other side of the fire, and I knew that I had to expand my boundaries, to get past it.
Soon, my boundaries became so large, that I broke through that fire.  I saw, as I suspected, just on the other side of the fire, my heart’s desire, my definite major purpose in life.  The person that I intended to become, was waiting there for me, not “outside” of my comfort zone, but it was now within my comfort zone, after pushing hard to expand, and then include the things that were truly important to me.

Master Key Master Mind Alliance Week 19 – Connected to God

During each week of the Master Key Master Mind Alliance, there there are a variety of things that we can blog about, and this week is no exception.  This week; however, I would like to discuss something that has happened to me during the MKMMA journey, that I am so elated about.  Something that was totally unexpected, but so very welcomed in my life, and that’s my relationship with God.

MKMMA - The sitOne of the things that we do on a daily basis is sit, and think for at least 15 minutes at a time.  The Master Keys System actually gives us specific things to think about while we have our “15 minute sit”.  For example, one week, we were instructed to think about, imagine if you will, your favorite flower.  We were to sit for 15 minutes and visualize, in our minds, planting the seed, watering it, caring for it, and placing it in where it will get direct sunlight.  We were then to imagine the seed bursting into a living thing.  We saw the roots penetrating the earth, and imagined them shooting out in all directions.  We saw the stem shooting out of the earth, reaching for the sunshine.  You get the idea.  We saw this, one of God’s creations grow, from a seed, to His magnificent creation.

I had never really sat quietly for any length of time, but we have been sitting now, quietly for several months.  I used to struggle with it, but now I enjoy it, and I never thought that I would “enjoy” sitting and thinking.

Thinking has caused me to connect with God in a more powerful way.  In the Master Key System, Haanel writes that thinking is the only way to connect with the Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent creator.  To me, that’s God, and I have to say that I have been guilty of just throwing out a prayer, not on a regular basis mind you, that had little substance if any.

Connection to God - MKMMA

Now, when I open my Bible, I have a strong feeling of a connection to God.  I understand now, that in my quiet time with my Lord, is when the magic happens.  When I read the words in my Bible, I know that it is God speaking to me, and what He says in His Word (The Bible), are His promises to His people (me and you), and there’s nothing more powerful than that.

I am grateful, first of all to God for creating us.  I’m grateful for the Bible, and God’s word. I’m grateful for the Master Key System, and I’m grateful for Mark and Davene Januszewski, for putting the Master Key Master Mind Alliance together.  This has strengthened, and created a stronger connection to Christ for me, and there’s nothing more important than that.

Master Key Master Mind Alliance Week 18 – THE Ultimate Question

Master Key Master Mind Alliance - QuestionAt some point during this Master Key Master Mind Alliance course, the power of words was discussed, and I thought that I comprehended the magnitude of the case they presented.  This week; however, we were asked to write out a specific phrase on ten of our index cards.  The words of this phrase permeated my mind, as if my brain was a dry sponge, soaking up the power of the sentence.  The phrase is powerful.

What would the person I intend to become do next?”

That single phrase has been driving me this past week, and I don’t think a single waking hour has gone by that I have not brought that phrase to mind.  It has driven me to do things that I may have previously put aside to do later.  It drives me now, not only to do the things that I know I need to do for our MKMMA course, but also to do little things that I know are easy to do, but also easy not to do, and would advance my life’s Definite Major Purpose.

Think about it.  We all have dreams and aspirations.  We all think about what we would like to have more of and less of in our lives, but sometimes we don’t take the steps to get where we intend to be.

Now I have a challenge for you.  I dare you, in fact, I double dog dare you.  Imagine the person, that you intend to be, with all the dreams and aspirations included.  Now ask yourself the question that can change everything for you…

“What would the person that I intend to become do next?”

Then take that action, and really see yourself becoming that person.  After you have done this, if you would be so kind as to please come back and leave a comment as to how it has effected the things you do on a daily basis, I would really appreciate it.

Master Key Master Mind Alliance Week 17a – Are Your Dreams Dead?

Steve Maraboli

A couple of times I’ve heard it said that, “Cemeteries are full of unfulfilled dreams… countless echoes of ‘could have’ and ‘should have’… countless books unwritten… countless songs unsung… I want to live my life in such a way that when my body is laid to rest, it will be a well needed rest from a life well lived, a song well sung, a book well written, opportunities well explored, and a love well expressed.”  This came to mind when Mark Januszewski instructed us to read at least one obituary every day for a week.  I then Googled this quote, and found that the person that said it was a man by the name of Steve Maraboli.

From the first time that I heard this quote, it stuck in my head, and penetrated my heart.  Now, I cannot pass a cemetery without these words coming to mind.  I don’t want to die, I have thought to myself many times, with unfulfilled dreams.  This thought has actually haunted me in the past, and caused me some worry, because of my lack of action.

I have set goals; they have fallen to the wayside, and have been forgotten.  I have had dreams that quickly faded, washed away by time, and lack of focus.  I have felt inspired to achieve, and my inspiration has been annihilated by the constant noise in my mind, because I had never taken the time to quiet myself, and truly think… About anything.  There was always some kind of senseless racket going on in my mind.

MKMMA DreamsNow that I get to read about people that have passed away, I cannot help myself from wondering what dreams and aspirations died with them.  The deceased ranged from 2 – 94 years of age.  Their photos, if they were included, were a bit haunting.  I wondered if they were greatly loved, or if they were despised because they lived their lives not showing love to others, but only for personal gain.  I then found myself saying a quiet prayer for that person, with the hope that they achieved all that they were capable of.

As all these thoughts went through my head, I realized that my dreams and aspirations are clearer than they have ever been before.  I have a definite major purpose that I’m working toward.  I know what my personal pivotal needs are.  Most importantly, I believe, I have focused on my goals and aspirations for the last 18 weeks, and have really driven them into my subconscious using the various exercises and assignments that Mark J. has given us.  I have never focused on my goals for such a long period of time.  It’s been amazing.

Thanks to the Master Key Master Mind Alliance, I have a burning desire to achieve the things that are truly important to me.  This experience is something that is blowing not only my mind, but the minds of those still benefiting from the MKMMA.  I’m very grateful for everything I’ve learned thus far, and for what I have yet to learn.

Master Key Master Mind AllianceWhere do you stand in regard to goals attained?  Do you even know what’s truly important to you?  Do you ever stop to truly think, and connect with your creator?  Will you pass away, and never realize your, “Unfulfilled dreams… countless echos of ‘could have’ and ‘should have’”, or will you search for clarity in your life, and create a burning desire inside that will steer you to your ultimate potential?  You can, your success is my heart’s prayer.

Master Key Master Mind Alliance Week 17 – Our Magnetic Minds

In week 17 of the Master Key Master Mind Alliance, we are of course in part 17 of the Master Key System.  Every week brings new insights for me, and this week was no magnetexception.

17:7 …the mind is a magnet…

Although it never struck me previously, these few words seemed to jump out at me from part 17 of the Master Key System.  When I read this, I visualized two different scenarios in my mind.  I had two opposing, powerful visions.

In one vision, my mind was focused on productive, and positive thoughts, where I focused Master Key System - Thoughtmy thoughts on my achievements and aspirations.  When I imagined myself thinking about positive things, I also saw my head held high, my chest out and shoulders back, and I was also taking deep breaths.  In my vision, the sky was blue, and I was happy, because my future was bright, and I had faith in my positive future.  This vision gave me a sense of well being, and I felt light and unencumbered.

I then contrasted this vision with a more desolate visage.  I saw myself focused on the Master Key System - Gloomthings that I did not want to manifest in my life.  I was scared, my shoulders were hunched, my head was down, but my eyes were wide with fear, and I was looking around expecting something bad to happen to me at any moment.  The sky, in this vision, was black and gray, and there were crows adrift in the windy sky, watching me.  I felt very heavy, and almost unable to move my body because I was focused on my fears.

It was right then, that I realized that I have a choice, and so do you.  The mind is a magnet, and thoughts are things.  I felt that in each of the aforementioned visions, I was attracting to myself, like a magnet, that which I focused on.  In the first, blue skies, and a feeling of well being with faith and certainty that the things I want in my life will come to pass.  In the second, fear distorted my reality, and there was also certainty that bad things were going to happen to me.

When we decide where to focus our minds, we must realize that our mind is truly a magnet.  Charles Haanel says, in the Master Key System…

17:4  The astronomer centers his mind on the stars and they give forth their secrets; the geologists centers his mind on the construction of the earth and we have geology; so with all things.  Men center their minds on the problems of life, and the result is apparent in the vast and complex social order of the day.

Would it be OK with you if I ask you a question?  Where do most people center their mind, on problems, or solutions?  Now consider this, the greatest minds in history are considered to be great thinkers, and the key element in the term “great thinker” is think.

MKMMA - EinsteinMaster Key System - EmersonChurchill - Mark Januszewski

Do you think Einstein sat for two minutes, and in that short time all his life’s insights came to him?  Did Ralph Waldo Emerson not think before he composed his literary marvels?  Did Winston Churchill flip a coin to decide what was best for his country?  No, they all centered their mind’s on what they wanted to accomplish, and did not wallow in fear.

I implore you now, unless of course you are already part of the Master Key Master Mind Alliance, because you are already doing it, to be still, and think about the person you want to become.  Think about your ideal outcome, and don’t give a iota of energy to what you fear, because though is power.  Again, referring back to chapter 17 of the Master Key System, Haanel instructs…

17:34  If you wish to eliminate fear, concentrate on courage.

17:35  If you wish to eliminate lack, concentrate on abundance.

17:36  If you wish to eliminate disease, concentrate on health.

What are you concentrating your thoughts on, and does it serve you?  Your mind is a magnet!

Master Key Master Mind Alliance Week 16 – Be the Watchman

As I did my exercises this week, and read through the Master Key System, one line from the book stuck in my head.  It’s the first half, of the sentence starting at chapter 16, paragraph 30.

“You will readily see that what we think determines the quality of mind…”

What is the quality of your mind?  On what things do you hold your thoughts?  What do you let into your mind, and what thoughts make it into your subconscious to stay?  Where did these thoughts come from, and how did they get there?

I’ve thought hard about these questions since reading that line in the Master Key System.

Influence - Master Key Master Mind AllianceWhen we are born, our initial thoughts are fed to us by our parents, or whoever raises us from infancy.  Then, as we get older, our friends tend to influence us, and put thoughts into our minds.  We may also be influenced by other relatives, teachers, coaches, the books we read, the media, the internet, billboards, radio, strangers and so on.

Rarely, do we stop to relax our minds, and truly think.  For most of us, the white noise is constantly entering our ears, and then our minds, and many times those thoughts go to live in our subconscious.  We are bombarded with people’s opinions, people trying to sell us things, both material things, and ideas.  A constant din, that after a while, we accept as the norm.  Then we die?

Really?  Is that all there is?  Social influence, and then we’re gone?  In an instant?

The Master Key Master Mind Alliance, has taught me that it doesn’t have to be this way. We, as human beings, can choose what ideas and thoughts to accept into our conscious minds, and ultimately allow to live in our subconscious minds.  In a previous post, I mentioned that the Master Key System states that the conscious mind, is “the watchman at the gate, of the great subconscious domain”.  For example someone says something negative to themselves like, “I’m so stupid, I’m so stupid, I’m so stupid”, it will go to live in your subby, and actually become a part of you.  So, watch your self talk, you have a choice as to what you think about.

Remember: The Law of Substitution

We cannot think about 2 things at the same time.  If a negative thought enters your mind, try to think about God instead.  If that’s too big a reach at the time, use any fond memory or other pleasant thought.  Jesus, the Master Teacher, said, “Resist not evil”, meaning turn from it, and think about something else instead.

Your subconscious can also be influenced by your environment.  You’ve heard, “If you lay with dogs, you’ll wake up with fleas”, yes?  If you start hanging around people who cuss up a storm, then you will soon find yourself doing the same.  If you hang out with people that are violent, you will soon find that you are desensitized to it, and it won’t even bother you anymore.  If you hang out with drug users, then… Well, you get it.

Bad News - Master Key SystemThe media, in my opinion, is the worst.  They have a way of influencing the public.  They can fabricate a news story and make you believe something that’s not true.  When they’re not doing that, most of what is shown on TV is negative.  Someone was beat up, someone was robbed, someone was shot and killed.  Did you ever notice that a news broadcast never starts on a positive note, but ALWAYS on something negative.  People soon learn to thrive on misery, and it becomes the norm.

I can go on, and on, but I’ll stop there.  I’m sure you get it.  ”The watchman at the gate” of your great subconscious mind has to always be on high alert.  You’re bombarded daily, and soon you don’t even notice the constant din.

I’ll end this post with a challenge to you.  This week we, in the Master Key Master Mind Alliance, were instructed to look for kindness around us, as we go about our day.  We were then required to go to our Master Key Master Mind Alliance website, and post at least two acts of kindness that we witnessed, or did that day.  Last time I checked, there were 2,186 comments about kindness going on from all over the world, as our MKMMA members span the globe.  AWESOME!!!

Have you ever noticed that when you buy a new car, even though you never noticed your model before, you suddenly see you car model everywhere?  It’s the same with our kindness exercise.  When you start looking for kindness, and being more kind, you’ll see it. But it works the other way too, if you pay attention to nasty, bitter, sour people; you will soon see them everywhere, and start acting like them, and then it will be your reality your norm.

MKMMA - Watchman

The choice IS yours; Oh watchman at the gate!
